I got a head start on Chalene Johnson's PUSH but didn't read this weekend. Still caught up thankfully, but it's my read tonight.
Banana pre-workout because I planned on 25-30 minutes on the bike (can't remember now), TurboKick, and PiYo. I haven't sweat so much in a long time. My supposed moisture-wicking shirt could not contain it all and my sports bra went from faded blue to royal with all that sweat.
I quickly delved into food: a Sonoma tortilla with jalapeno almond cheese + chicken & broc.
I've relaxed and watched "I Love Lucy" for an hour now, and I'm getting antsy. I don't have work till 3:30.
I'm going to get ready, fix myself a cup of hot almond milk + rice nog coffee, and head somewhere because things were closed yesterday!
I have food for dinner (I can save it for tomorrow), but wouldn't I rather have (1/2 of) this?
Maybe I'll swing by after work.
Mid-day snack: small gluten free pizza slice and a soy chicken stick?
Ahh, I missed the Rose Parade. I hope they're showing it later, or at least, I can check out some pictures. :)
