More shrimp please!

1/2 banana + 1/2 Luna peppermint bar pre-workout

9:30AM post-workout meal

1/2 PB & banana sandwich at 12:50PM.

The other half at 2:30PM.

Napped instead of doing anything... should have read.

7PM dinner pizza on a high fiber/low carb tortilla

I wanted more shrimp!

Hint of jalapeno chips, an apple, and Love Veggies & Yoga's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites, which I made with sunflower butter instead.

Threw in almonds, dried mango, and a Shakeology protein ball throughout the day as well.
