Short week meal plan

It was a busy day at work - I didn't even get a break to eat so I downed my meal right afterwards: tilapia wrapped in foil over spinach and a sweet potato.

My cousin and I just finished watching "The Voice." Adam Levine & Cee Lo Green are easier to please than Christina. The last singer really got their attention though. Did you like her voice?


I love this State Farm commercial. It's rather hilarious.


Monday, February 20
8:30 - 2 egg whites, oatmeal
9:20 - LiveFit Day 8: chest & triceps
10:45 - protein, almond milk
12:15 - turkey burger, cheese, bread, almond pops, cinnamon swirl protein bar
3:15 - 1/2 thinkThin Crunch bar, ginger chew
7:30 - tilapia, spinach, sweet potato & almond butter
9:30 - 1/2 c. cottage cheese, cinnamon swirl protein bar

Tuesday, February 21
(1) egg & cheese sandwich
LiveFit Day 9: back & biceps
(2) protein powder, almond milk, 2 cinnamon swirl protein bars
(3) turkey burger
(4) protein powder, almond milk
(5) tilapia, veggies, sweet potato
(6) 1/2 c. cottage cheese

Wednesday, February 22
(1) egg & cheese sandwich
LiveFit Day 10: legs & calves
(2) protein powder, almond milk
(3) turkey burger
(4) 2 apple cinnamon protein bars
(5) tilapia, veggies, sweet potato
(6) 1/4 c. cottage cheese, chocolate hazelnut butter

Thursday, February 23
(1) egg & cheese sandwich
LiveFit Day 11: shoulders & abs
(2) protein shake, 1/2 Luna protein bar
(3) tilapia, egg noodles, mini peppers
(4) slice gluten free bread, blueberry fiber mini cake
Come up with protein shake for call-out
(5) tilapia, eggplant, 1 apple cinnamon protein bars
(6) 1/2 thinkThin bar
