#2: Things made in ramekins

Panna cottas. Check.

Souffles
. I made a lot of those once for Daring Cooks.

Creme brulees. Still working on it and finding a good recipe.

Flan. I made it: blood orange flan. Somehow I hadn't read the story with the recipe and both steamed and baked the flan. I found out later when I was waiting for the flan baking in the oven. Thankfully, it was only a little overcooked but not bad.


The recipe requires the caramelization of sugar and blood orange juice. I thought I'd easily fail at it, but it worked out. I was super excited. I thought it was great. My mom enjoyed it too.
