#4: Baked vs. fried doughnuts

Why have a cake doughnut when you can just have cake? Yeasted doughnuts are so much better and so were the baked doughnuts I made the other night.

Don't get me wrong. These banana doughnuts were good but not after they cooled down. I can't possibly consume all the doughnuts at once or have someone consume them that quickly.

So make yourself some yeasted and baked doughnuts so you can put them in your freezer then pop them in your microwave or conventional oven for later.
