lunch- 2 oz Sunburst trout lettuce wraps
snack- Greek yogurt
dinner- Tera's Whey
snack- post workout: 1/2 c Fiber One, 1/2 c Greek yogurt, 1/2 apple
workouts- 8:30 Power, 6 step/tone
Tuesday, June 21
breakfast- Shakeology
lunch- egg over easy with green beans with lemon dijon dressing
snack- 1/2 apple
dinner- Tera's Whey
snack- post workout: 1/2 c Fiber One, 1/2 c Greek yogurt, 1/2 apple
workouts- 9:30 step, 10:30 yoga, 6 Bellydance
Wednesday, June 22
breakfast- matcha & apple smoothie with 1/2 c. Greek yogurt instead of milk
lunch- 2 oz trout & diced tomatoes over zucchini pasta
snack- N/A
dinner- Shakeology
snack- Turkish egg
workouts- 9:30 Power, 5 hip hop, 5:30 sculpt, 6 Turbo
I'll work on the rest of the week later. :)
*By the way, didn't get the book. I thought about buying a NOOK book, but apparently my Mac doesn't support the program and I don't think I'd want to read it on my phone.
