Meal/workout plan Monday

Today totally threw me off. Yes, I ate a soysage from my breakfast yesterday (Mayfel's) for breakfast today and I ate my leftover Korean BBQ taco (Boca) for lunch, but it went downhill from there. I ate a pain au chocolat from Creme Bakery as a snack and toast with peanut butter so that's it for me tonight. I'm rather tired after going to the gym so I don't even want to get out of bed right now. I'm snuggled up, warmed from a shower, watching "Woke Up Dead," and reading Nigella's Kitchen.

Lunch - Other half of the Croque Madame
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Chicken w/ spinach
Workout - AM video workout, PM cardio

Wednesday, December 8
Breakfast - 2 poached egg
Lunch - Chicken w/ spinach
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Sweet potato eggs Benedict
Workout - Kickboxing 6pm, yoga 7:30pm

Thursday, December 9
Breakfast - Turkish eggs from an intriguing cooking-for-one website

Lunch - Chicken w/ spinach
Snack - Apple
Dinner - California Eggs Benedict

Workout - AM video workout, PM cardio

Friday, December 10 National Salesperson Day
Breakfast - 2 poached eggs
Lunch - Chicken w/ spinach
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Huevos Benedict
Workout - PM cardio

Saturday, December 11 International Mountain Day
Brunch - Crunchy coconut French toast

Snack - Apple
Dinner - Brennan's Eggs Hussarde

The Drygoods Shop tree trimming party 3-6pm, clean, & Bake It Pretty tells me they are doing something for the holidays!

Sunday, December 12 Worldwide Candle Lighting Day, Poinsettia Day
Brunch - Boca 10:30am
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Eggs benny
Workout - Cardio 2:30pm, Zumba 4pm, yoga 5:30pm
Do - Clean

Monday, December 13
Breakfast - Greek yogurt w/ apple
Lunch - Shirataki noodles w/ tuna
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Tuna & jam
Workout - PM cardio, Zumba 8pm
Do - Clean

Since I'll be gone the 17th, I'm planning for the other days also. I've made everything pretty basic so I won't have to buy too much and waste it before my trip.
