I didn't make 60 dough balls for the monkey bubble bread and it didn't double in size.

But they looked delicious all baked and soaking in a brown sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Of course neither did they keep their shape. The balls slid onto the plate almost individually.

When it says to serve immediately, do it because they get hard very soon.
I don't consider this a failure - I never do - but mostly this time, I don't because they were delicious for 10 minutes. Maybe if I baked them with less time, they'd keep for longer in their gooey form.
