I had to bake once more before I left and couldn't bake for TWO WEEKS! I decided to continue with chai cookies since the shortbreads came out so nicely.
Chai snickerdoodles were indeed a tad bland. Hints of the spices came out, but the cookie was rather hard.

I liked the espresso-chai filling as well as the chai shortbread cookie's texture. It was gooey.
Okay, I need to finish packing.
