Snack - Slice of pistachio olive oil cake I made then pistachio cranberry cardamom cookies
Dinner - Curry chicken on fiber wrap
Workout - AM cardio that I did for a good hour and a half! :)

Breakfast - Egg
Lunch - Curry chicken on fiber wrap
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Curry chicken on fiber wrap
Workout - PM cardio; weights
Wednesday, December 15
Breakfast - Eggs
Lunch - Curry chicken on fiber wrap
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Something with eggs
Workout - kickboxing, yoga
Thursday, December 16
Breakfast - Eggs
Lunch - Chicken
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Shirataki noodles w/ chicken
Workout - AM cardio because of the holiday party at night. Also, taking Yancey to the airport in the morning so that should work out well.
