breakfast - Shakeology
snack - apple & 1/2 Scandinavian crispbread with 1/2 tbsp Justin's Organic Honey PB
lunch - shrimp & chicken mix over plain kale
snack - 1/2 Athenos Greek yogurt with blueberries
dinner - shrimp & chicken mix, kale, & goat cheese in a tortilla
snack - 1/2 Chobani lemon, 1/2 c. Fiber One, 1/2 c. jackfruit
workout - 15 mins bike, foam rolling, Zumba

Tuesday, July 26
breakfast - 1/2 tortilla with 1/3 apple & goat cheese
snack - coffee, bites of cinnamon roll :)
lunch - 1/2 The Walnut that Kissed the Chicken (Rutabegorz)
snack -
dinner - Siggi Plain
snack - 3/4 packet of Vega Sport
workout - bus to Old Towne Tustin, BodyPump

Wednesday, July 27
breakfast - 1/2 The Walnut that Kissed the Chicken (Rutabegorz)
snack - Geisha's Kiss and bites of passion fruit peach scone
lunch - 1/2 Chobani lemon leftover from the other day and 1/2 c. Fiber One
snack - Skyr.is Plain with another 1/3 apple
dinner - Salmon over baked kale
snack -
workout - bus to Downtown Fullerton, strength training class, Turbo

Thursday, July 28
breakfast - Whole wheat toast
snack -
lunch - Salmon, avocado, and goat cheese on a fiber tortilla
snack - Shakeology, 1/3 apple
dinner - Salmon on baked kale & green beans
snack - Fruit salad (cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes), 3 cups almost fat free kettle corn
workout - Costa Mesa Farmer's Market, 4 mile walk

Friday, July 29
breakfast - Shakeology
snack - Fruit mix
lunch - Salmon and broc w/ marina on shirataki noodles
snack Frozen yogurt from Yogurt Passion, 3 shrimps
dinner - Goat cheese & PB on Ezekiel cinnamon raisin
snack - 1 c. 0% Fage w/ cantaloupe & granola
workout - 24 S.E.T., Turbo

Saturday, July 30
breakfast - 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/ cantaloupe & granola
snack
lunch - Poached egg, avocado, & salmon on Ezekiel cinnamon raisin
snack
dinner - Eat the rainbow veggie wrap (veggies including edamame and some goat cheese!)
snack - 1/2 c. 0% Fage
workout - Zumba

Sunday, July 31
breakfast - 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/ cantaloupe & granola
snack
lunch - Salmon pasta
snack
dinner - Banana overnight oats
snack - 1/2 c. 0% Fage
workout - Zumba, BodyPump
