I slept in till 10 A.M. then slowly got myself in gear.
I ran for 8 minutes with my Gymboss timer then proceeded to do 5 moves for 1 minute each before jump roping for 2 minutes. I took a 1 minute break in between each minute of jump roping.
I was sweaty for a long time after.
I've showered and eaten "brunch" and would like to run some errands.
Okay, I don't really have errands, but I want to do something!
Plus, it looks breezy and perfect from in here.
