Friday's Letters: How to rev up for a long day


Dear Lucy, Please let me out at 2:30 instead of 3. The half hour makes all the difference.

Dear Triceps, I didn't work you out today as much as I would like but tonight, you will get some lovin'.

Dear Spartacus workout, I wish I had heavier weights. I doubled up but holding two weights is hard. My 8 pound eco weights didn't have this waffle pattern - it hurts my hands. I'm such a baby.
Dear Fair patrons, I've had a 10-11 hour day. Please get drunk and rowdy. Get drunk but stay cool.

Dear coffee, I'm coming for you.

I have less than an hour to shower, eat, get ready, and pack all my meals for the day. Time to go.

Brunch: Rudi's Multigrain with Flax English muffin with Trader Joe's strawberry fruit spread, honey goat cheese, and 1 egg + 1 egg white.

Lunch/dinner: 1 package Miracle Noodles with Trader Joe's tomato sauce with mushrooms & 1.5 spicy jalapeno chicken sausage
