Hey, It's OK (Oh, How Pinteresting Wednesday)

I rode my bike to the gym... and rode right on by. The Tuesday hangover and lack of sun made me crave it big time.

I went for a 20 mile bike ride.

I rode to Huntington Beach then to Newport Beach and back.

Apparently, there was another earthquake but I didn't feel it.

I got locked out of the house for an hour and a half because I forgot my key and no way was I jumping the fence - the dogs would've killed me!

Instead, I picked up some food including a Chobani lemon and veggies. I don't like any of these, but it's good for me. Skipped the dip.

I was a busy bee. I picked up 2 dozen potato balls from Porto's Bakery for a birthday. I took one away and wrote "23 [meat & potato] balls for your 23rd birthday," except he was only turning 22. Oops. I just love birthdays though it wasn't the most exciting birthday...

Since I haven't lifted in a few days, I was craving BodyPump. Muscles will be mine!

I liked the instructor and I felt good lifting. The triceps were a concern because of my weak little wrists, but there was no bar work today. :) I even did the tricep pushups (on knees) perfectly and regular pushups without resorting to my knees!

You know what else excites me? When my protein pancakes look like pancakes instead of a scramble.

Now to run errands: bank, library to return books, get some pants for a co-worker, make a bracelet, and gah, good to work.

  1. Have you ever rode your bike from angel stadium all the way to huntington beach? With the hills and knowing you are getting to pass out on the beach afterwards makes it a ton of fun! That was always my favorite in high school :) My quote for the week is "keep calm and stretch on.." I need to stretch more so I have to remind myself constantly! Love and Shine CourtStar
