A day in San Juan Capistrano

After my morning workout, which killed my feet by the way, mom and I headed to San Juan Capistrano. The 2nd Saturday is free for educators so I saved 9 bucks and the guy was nice enough to let my mom get in free too.

We spent a good hour plus checking out the mission.

Another hour was spent walking around the historic district and getting mom some food at a super busy Mexican restaurant, El Campeon. They had everything ready for customers to pick from, huge jugs of fresh juice, and a bakery.

Mom wanted a torta with barbacoa, flan, and papaya juice.
