What I bake for myself

I bake for myself once in awhile. Just me. Usually, I bake to test out a new recipe and I'll indulge of course. There are few times when I make a recipe more than once. One of my pleasures is the super soft pumpkin chocolate chip cookie from Joy the Baker. I've made them 3+ times now for my own enjoyment. I used carob chips and spelt flour this time around. Still good.

Lately, I've begun liking crunchier cookies, especially peanut butter cookies and this particular recipe from 'wichcraft. They are my favorite.

I'm compiling a list of favorites very soon. I have most of them actually. Check the next post.
