People you rarely see

I woke up a bit early because I was super excited and nervous for Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle today. Why? Because it was with Chalene Johnson! Yes, the founder of it all.

I started my day, at 7:30, with Raw Protein with almond milk and half of a Perfect Foods Lite bar in cranberry crunch. The Perfect Foods bar has 9g of protein per bar. I forgot to mention I ate half yesterday for snack...

Turbo kicked my butt cause I haven't done these rounds. The Irvine 24 Hour Fitness is like a night club with a stage and lights. I prefer mine a little more intimate with windows to the outside. I really like the upstairs studio at Studio Fusion since it doesn't open out to the street.

Anyways, after an hour and a half or more of fun, I had to rush to get lunch and shower.

I ordered from 118 Degrees, got my food, showered, and then ate around 12. I got their Portabello soft tacos wrapped in kale of which I had one. Pretty good.

I also ate one of their thai spring rolls, which were just okay.

Then we headed for the funeral home and spent about 7 hours there. We all looked like we were in the KKK or going to practice martial arts. The time went by pretty fast since at funerals, you see everyone you haven't seen in years. My cousins all looked ridiculous... let's just say we're not a matchy bunch.

Anyhow, afterwards, at 7:30, I ate another spring roll and finished snacking on a mango.

It's 9PM now and we have to be in our rooms. Grandpa's spirit is supposed to come back between 9PM and 4AM.

  11. After recently looking into Personal Injury Claims Scotland, I came across Uninsured Loss Recovery. I must say, it's a crucial service for car owners! It's heartbreaking when you face unexpected expenses from an accident that isn't your fault. While your primary insurance might cover some costs, the additional expenses can sneak up on you. Having a service that negotiates on your behalf and helps recover those extra costs can be a lifesaver. Not only does it cover the tangible losses, but it also saves you from the stress of dealing with insurance companies. For anyone unsure about their policy, I'd recommend checking if you have this invaluable feature. And if not, it's worth considering adding it, especially with trusted brokers like Nash Warren guiding the way.

  12. The occult noir TV movie "Witch Hunt" stars Dennis Hopper as Private Detectives H.P. Lovecraft. Hopper's character, Lovecraft, investigates a world where magic and the supernatural are real, creating a gripping fantasy-crime thriller. Hopper's portrayal of Lovecraft, based on H.P. Lovecraft, is unique and deep. "Witch Hunt" shows how Private Detective stories may be altered and reimagined. Private investigator and occult noir aficionados should view the flick.
