I started the day with half of Arden's Garden green energy juice at 10AM.
I quickly failed and ate part of a bagel from Beans & Berries, but just the top part and the top part of a beignet from Creme Bakery. :(
Then I baked after all my grocery shopping so I ate some of that. Eek. I used spelt flour and 0 calorie organic sugar. I hope that's okay.
After a 30 minute nap, step class, and cleaning my bathroom and bedroom though not organizing it, I drank a Vega Whole Food Optimizer in vanilla chai at 10PM.
