  • snack: 1 tbsp. PB & 1/2 banana on 1/2 Alvarado St. tortilla
  • workout: AM Shred 1, 6 step/tone

  • breakfast: blueberry-cucumber green smoothie
  • lunch: portobello pizza
  • snack: blueberries
  • dinner: bagel
  • snack: 1/2 banana w/ PB
  • workout: day off
Wednesday, May 18
  • breakfast: blueberry-cucumber green smoothie w/ parsley
  • lunch: raw zucchini pasta w/ diced tomatoes and turkey meatball
  • snack: blueberries
  • dinner: Shakeology
  • snack: Brown Cow plain Greek yogurt, organic Pink Lady apple, 1 tbsp AB
  • workout: AM No More Trouble Zones, 6 kickbox
Thursday, May 19
  • breakfast: green juice with cucumber, spinach, 1/3 Pink Lady, and shredded carrots
  • lunch: raw zucchini pasta w/ diced tomatoes and turkey meatball
  • snack: Pink Lady apple
  • dinner: Shakeology
  • snack: Brown Cow plain Greek yogurt w/ ABU (1 tbsp of a mix of AB and almond milk - ~50 calories)
  • workout: AM Slim in 6, 15 mins stationary bike, 6 Power, 7 Turbo
Friday, May 20
  • breakfast: coconut milk blueberry smoothie
  • lunch: turkey scramble w/ tomatoes and spinach
