WIAW: Goodbye MyFitnessPal

Oatless oats with PB Crave though mom ran out of bananas at her house so I used Fage 0%. It turned out strangely liquidy. The PB made up for it. Is it normal to have 2 jars open and out?

I decided to delete MyFitnessPal. I deleted it for a month a few months back. It was no big deal though because I've calorie counted enough to know the counts on my safe food. I'm trying to get out of that rut though and eat when my body feels right...

After the movie yesterday, I was starved. We dropped by Mother's Market for a pesto pizza with 'shrooms and olives.

I found the cookies 'n creme flavor of a Pure Protein Shake at Fresh & Easy for $1.50, much cheaper than Trader Joe's. Unfortunately, I didn't like it as much as vanilla creme. Good thing those at $1.50 too.

I finally mustered up the courage to buy one of these Amy's burritos. Everyone seems to like them whether online or at the store. I haven't eaten many frozen foods save for Van's Lite waffles so... big deal. I can't wait to try it!

Looks like lots of oatless oats and pizza lately. I'm obsessed.

Have you tried Amy's products? What's your favorite?

  1. That's awesome that you're trying to defeat counting calories! I know that sometimes it can be uncomfortable, but it is definitely a step towards a free-er life :-). And AMY's! Omg, we're best buds. Haha. I love SOSO many of her products. My freezer is filled with her indian dinners and enchiladas. I really enjoy her soups and vegetable pockets as well!

    1. For some reason, I can't create a new comment, so I thought I'd reply to this one :)

I LOVE Amy's products! Her soups are really good, and her vegetarian chili is so good, my non-vegetarian boyfriend likes it!

  3. I think it's much better to listen to your body instead of stressing about getting within a caloric limit. I do the same sometimes. I'm curretly not using MyFitnessPal either. I'm on and off about it. I'll use it for a week or two, then off for a week or a month even. It really varies. I try to keep my body happy though.

    1. I stress out regardless. Today, for example, I was so stressed out about getting a good workout in. I hope this is one less thing to stress out about. So far so good.

  4. I had a MyfitnessPal account, but deleted as well. Eventually I stopped relying on that program to determine how much I should eat within that day. Now I just do what you do, I listen to my body and do what feels right. It's been working so far and can't really complain.
