Broke down and bought Trader Joe's dark chocolate peanut butter salted caramel truffles. I was left with 3 after sharing it with my kids.
I just realized that LAX does indeed have WiFi! Last time I was here they did not!
Do you like truffles? I hate the creamy filling of truffles! I was hesitant till I saw that this is filled with peanut butter and caramel and not tradtional truffle filling.
I love Steinbeck too. Of mice and men and the grapes of wrath are my favourites.
ReplyDeleteI like nut truffles and dense solid truffles but the light fillings are too weird for me. Perhaps I'm just scarred- one time it was so hot that the filling of the Lindt chocolates turned completely liquid- that was one very messy but entertaining day.
It's weird, I have never liked those lindt truffles because of the creamy filling, but creamy PB filling I could probably do! People think I'm weird, who doesn't like creamy fillings?
