Colored melon

Somehow these colors are both fresh and mellow. They remind me of the summer, in a lazy beach town like the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the fall, and the winter. These melons are relaxing.

This is the color scheme I'm using for my home. It involves my favorite color (the second one in) and muted versions of colors that I chose to go with it (the first and third). Actually, these are the lighter versions of the colors I chose for my spice racks (two of them - one for baking and one for cooking).
