Fitness scheduling & chores

It's early. I wanted to get a sweat in this morning, but I've got a lot packed into my afternoon.
  • 9:15 breakfast at Posana's
  • buy things
  • clean garage
  • have a Shakeology
  • 20-30 mins elliptical before...
  • 4:30 Turbo
  • 5:30 yoga
  • 6:30 hip hop
  • post-workout snack: 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
Surprisingly, after less than an hour, I successfully cleaned out 1/3 of the garage. I plan to tackle the rest today with 3 bags: toss out, donate, keep though the rest of the garage has nothing to "keep."

Saturday will be dining room, kitchen, and living room day, and Sunday will be bedroom and bathroom day. Monday is the big carpet cleaning day so I'll do that after my AM workouts.

I decided to make a fitness calendar for workouts I plan to do this month, and chores too.
