- breakfast - Chobani Lemon, which is the best Greek yogurt ever... though I can't wait to try Oikos Honey Fig when they ever have it!
- followed by 9AM cardio sculpt fusion
- protein powder comparison shopping
- lunch - 1/4 c. egg whites, goat cheese, on cinnamon raisin bread
- and some (7) almonds
- 30 minute nap
- chill
- Trader Joe's for some chicken and spinach
- pre-workout Vega Sport protein powder in vanilla mixed with water... it was green!
- 20 minutes on the stair climber then BodyPump
- dinner - 2-3 oz chicken breast with spinach and Trader Joe's deli style spicy brown mustard in a fiber tortilla
- "studied" for CBEST for an hour and only missed 7 overall in math and verbal! :) Silly mistakes too.
- 1/2 Fuji apple drizzled with peanut butter sauce (equal parts PB & almond milk)
- 1 scoop of Tera's Whey bourbon vanilla protein powder shook in 3-4 oz. almond milk
- OFFICIALLY TIRED and going to bed to wake up at 7AM to take the CBEST for a couple of hours. :/
