- workout: day off
Wednesday, May 18
- breakfast: blueberry-cucumber green smoothie w/ parsley
- lunch: raw zucchini pasta w/ diced tomatoes and turkey meatball
- snack: blueberries
- dinner: Shakeology
- snack: Brown Cow plain Greek yogurt, organic Pink Lady apple, 1 tbsp AB
- workout: AM No More Trouble Zones, 6 kickbox
Thursday, May 19
- breakfast: green juice with cucumber, spinach, 1/3 Pink Lady, and shredded carrots
- lunch: raw zucchini pasta w/ diced tomatoes and turkey meatball
- snack: Pink Lady apple
- dinner: Shakeology
- snack: Brown Cow plain Greek yogurt w/ ABU (1 tbsp of a mix of AB and almond milk - ~50 calories)
- workout: AM Slim in 6, 15 mins stationary bike, 6 Power, 7 Turbo
