Just baked: pistachio, yogurt, & olive oil cake

I never met a pistachio olive oil cake I didn't like, even gluten-free ones, until today. Six eggs should have signaled failure. That's too eggy. I liked the idea of yogurt though.


I followed the instructions for 30 minutes in the oven and it came out rather burnt-looking.

The cake was also pretty sugar-free and not as fluffy as I hoped. The insides were moist, but I had high hopes and wanted both.
