Just baked: cranberry, pistachio, & cardamom cookies
In midst of the failure of the pistachio, yogurt, and olive oil cake, I needed to bake something else with the leftover pistachios. I decided on cookies even though I wanted to do another pistachio cake.
It was just a much easier recipe for the rest of the night after cleaning out my fridge.
