I am not much of a fan of the bike but I love spin class odd. <br /><br />For my chest I do about three machines. Until recently I was only doing one machine at my local gym but I bought a personal training session and she showed me three machines. Two machines were chest press types and one was the fly's machine. <br /><br />I eat some gluten free food and I actually like those foods better but I never tested myself about being gluten intolerant. I do find my digestion is better without the gluten but it is not horrible with the gluten either. Being vegan many products are gluten free as well so it is like a package deal hehe.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
